This event is being held for Women to come together and discuss the expectations and pressures we face in today’s society and how these impact our general health and daily well-being. We will explore within these modern times, what are our ways that we can re-claim those natural rhythms innate to us.

Dr. Jane Barker MBChB, MRCP, MGP
Shares her personal and professional experience over the years
working with women and their health, exploring the issues facing
women then and today in our societies and how this has
impacted on our well-being.
Jane will also share her personal story of healing and recovery from breast cancer.

The event will also be a launch for a new iPhone/iPad application, ‘Our Cycles – Period and Full Moon Diary’.

This App provides a revolutionary approach to self-care and well-being in a simple-to-use application designed for both Men and Women. Offering practical support for all ages.

Bring your daughters, friends, mothers, grandmothers & colleagues.
